I am looking for somebody who can make custom figures for a good affordable deal?

I am seeking at least for anyone who can make cool stuff like small resin figures and custom action figures, I don't want to spend too much money just for ordering unofficial crap I would like something to be made for a great deal for maybe 25 or 30 bucks I would be lucky if somebody could do this for free though I only want this stuff for playing my movie scenes because I love collecting action figures and never get too old for making up cool ideas of any figure series, I don't think the toys need to be very high quality or too much sculpting detail because I know that would cost too much money for my commissions, I would like a commission not too expensive because I don't order too much anything for a commission I usually order a small group of characters like a pair of 2 or 4 with a few accessories and maybe moving joints or not, I sometimes order a group of 6 or 5 small kirby resin figures which are about 2 or 3 inches tall, anyway I hope there is somebody out there who can make some cool affordable stuff for me I would like a cheap commission for starters and later might want to make the price for 20 or 30 bucks it should depend on size and number of figures which I am going to request for commission.
