She is a naturalized US citizen and moved back to her country Italy to give childbirth and will not allow her daughter to enter the USA before her 18 birthdays because she does not want to abide by American child custody and paternity laws. She does not want the American father around, because he can’t integrate in Europe under European rules. Only American that are in the same stature as Diplomats that work for the US State Department and Americans with European parents.
