Runescape Recovery Help!?

So when i go to runescape everything is fine and everything loads, but when i click on recover account i get this message that says an "add on for this site failed to run." I dont know what to do to get it to work. What should come up is a log in, but nothing comes up. I just need some suggestions, and please be thorough so i know exactly what to do. Thank you
