How would a 17-year-old be able to employ a psychiatrist without involving parents?

I suffer from selective mutism, and they only real form of treatment is delicate and thorough therapy. However, I'm very uncomfortable telling my parents or family about it, and I don't want to involve them with my problem. But I can't keep living like this, and I need to see a professional, but I don't know how I'm supposed to get the help I need on my own. If someone doesn't have much money and is under 18, how do they acquire a psychiatrist without their parents? I need to know how I go about curing my SM.
