What should a American mother do?

What should a American mother do? Her American daughter was abducted to Greece by her father. Her American father and her daughter have duel Greek/US nationality. There is a court order in Greece that the child must remain in Greece with her father but her American mother has visitation rights. Because the father is very cooperative with this, the mother can exercise her visitation rights by contacting the American embassy. Any visitation rights will be supervised by US diplomats who work for the US State Department. Because there is a Greek court order requiring her daughter to remain in Greece she will be in big trouble with the FBI and Greek police should she try and take her daughter away from her father. The child also can not get her US passport renewed before her 18 birthday according to the US State Department.
