Why does my right contact burn?

Everytime I put my contacts in my right one always burns for about 10 to 15 seconds. I always wash my hands before putting them in & my left eye doesn't burn at all. I've even went & got a new pair & my right eye still continues to burn at the beginning few seconds then goes away.
