Should i buy Skullcandy headphones?

Can someone please Help me :( i need to find a good pair of headphones for under 100$ i was looking at the skull candy ones for 79$ but i am unsure about them, My friend told me that they aren't very good but my husband says they are fine, So i don't know what to buy :( anyone can help me out please ^-^
