What's the deal with lack of clothing and public water spaces?

I know right! it is completely unnessary and disgusting...except for different purposees as swim meets and all that but still! i 100% agree but im gonna tell you what i heard....you go to pools or the lake or the beach for the water and or sand you dont go there to do bad things or do the bad things you see other people do . you are just there to have a good time and leave without any disorder following.
