Inline Wheel Makes Annoying Noise?

I just bought a pair of Rollerblade Solo Tribe aggressive skates, and the front wheel on the right skate makes a sound almost like a bead being dropped onto concrete when it's tapped or being ridden on. If I just tap the wheel on the bottom, no matter which way it is, it makes the noise. Could it be that the bearing is loose? The wheel spins just as well as the other ones, but it makes that annoying noise when I'm riding. Any ideas of what it is?
